Shaun Parsons

Associate

Shaun sees the big picture. Shaun deftly manages immediate issues without losing sight of his clients’ broader interests. With a solid foundation in research and drafting, he is resourceful and provides practical and focused legal advice. Prior to joining Reconstruct LLP, Shaun practiced in the litigation group at Bennett Jones LLP in Alberta.

Shaun has broad experience in complex matters ranging from insolvency and fraud to commercial disputes. He acts for debtors, creditors and other insolvency professionals delivering strategic advice aimed at preventing conflict.

Shaun is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. While attending law school, he volunteered at St. Michael’s Hospital, and was a key member of the University of Toronto Students’ Law Society and the Global Ideas Institute at the Munk School of Global Affairs, among others.

Shaun is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Turnaround Management Association.
