Le is a corporate powerhouse. Le serves as counsel to Reconstruct LLP and leads corporate/commercial matters of all kinds. Through the last 17 years, Le has acquired significant skills and experience through her roles as a corporate/commercial lawyer at Dentons Canada LLP, as in-house counsel at a Canadian chartered bank and a start up biotech company as well as a corporate lawyer at a boutique law firm. Le has deep personal experience helping her family business grow and thrive for over a decade. Combining practical business experience with her legal skills, she delivers swift and effective results for her clients.
In her corporate/commercial law practice, Le assists clients with corporate mergers and acquisitions, secured debt financings, national and international transactions, and corporate structuring. She also negotiates major commercial contracts and mediates governmental issues. Le has closed many complex international transactions and managed teams of internal and foreign counsel to achieve successful outcomes. Clients appreciate Le’s ability to resolve issues on practical basis to save them time and cost.
Le studied Environmental Studies and Political Science at York University and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2002. At law school, she received the Legal Research & Writing Award and she won the Osgoode Hall Negotiation Competition. Le currently holds and has held prominent positions in her community, which include serving as board member of: a regional hospital, a not-for-profit organization that provides summer music events to the community and a not-for-profit organization that works with start-up entrepreneurs to lift them to the next stage of success.
Le is foodie and enjoys a side dish of good company. She also loves nature and is exploring self-sufficient and sustainable living.
